classical street photography
Although I've been a street photographer since 2022, I've been extremely reliant on colour. To challenge myself, I decided to shoot fully B&W for one day.
zero shades of grey
Limiting my focus on colour forced me to zone in on light and shadow. These restrictions resulted in high contrast images, leading to take more in-depth, narrative heavy pictures.
Playing with light
With a newfound attention to how light was interacting with the world, I was able to notice unique angles and shots (such as reflections). Experimenting with slow shutter was also a way for me to manipulate the light to take abstract shots.
